ABSTRACT

 

Learning Mathematics is something difficult for a lot of student, they cannot visualize those abstract concepts. The basic of them are numbers and operations. The most common teaching and learning activity is usually just mechanical ways of memorizing with little understanding of the abstract concept steps. By Refering Concept Geometry where is more concrete and content to children where numbers are represented in line and rectangle form. The content will be delivered through activities by referring to learning theories (Cognitive “Bruner”- Constructivist “Piaget”) to create a more contextual, meaningful and fun ways of learning. This idea has been shared with Sabah Tuaran District’s mathematics teachers and Sabah IPGM lecturers.
